I will soon upload a follow up video explaining my body transformation, the low testosterone, my diet, my workouts and everything else but here is a quick run down of my stats.
The heaviest I ever was is around 103kg. When I started taking pictures after a month I weight exactly 100kg. The following year I started working out and reading up on diet and got down to 78kg. At that weight I looked extremely skinny due to my hight of 193cm but It was impossible to gain much muscle since my hormones and everything where so messed up. Once that was finally got in check I dedicated a few months and worked out as much as possible and ate whatever I wanted. I basically did a dirty bulk and ended up at 105kg but looking and feeling much better. From there I kept working on it and ended up weighing 95kg in those last pictures. If I eat whatever I want within reason I stay at around 93kg. The goal now is to slowly get stronger and lean out more. Stay tuned for future videos.
